This was brought to my attention this week that this boy Ch Crestyle Dynamo Luv4U was up for sale on Letha Jones website: Dynamo is a wonderful boy and is on the small size.. he is about 11.5 inches tall and throws manly girls... He is available to an approved show/breeding home on a contract with stud rights. Price is $2500.00.

Dynamo belongs to Dorothy Priede. As I had sold her Dynamo on a contract. When Dorothy was sick Letha Jones, Tracey Smith, Cathy Richmond and her daughter Andrea Wygant offered to care for her crested until she was better. Because Dorothy was sick and going into the hospital she signed the back of all her dogs registrations so that if anything happen to her they could be sent back to their breeders and that her puppies could be sold to cover the expenses. Dorothy wishes were not carried out and all her dogs classified by these ladies as rescues, which they then put them in their names. They did not honor any of the contracts on any of these dogs.

Dynamo they knew was on contract to be returned to the breeder. It was also posted that Dynamo's lines produce eye problems. He was to have been neutered. It was also posted on FB (3 days ago) by one who took one of the female that there have been seizure with her and some of their puppies were maker for this.

I do not understand why Dynamo has not been returned to myself the breeder of Dynamo instead of being sold on an open contract when Dynamo is still under his original contract. Is it because we are making noise that they are now selling him and the puppies they bred from him knowing that there is major eye problems and seizure being now put back into the breeding programs when they were been eliminated.

An ethical breeder(s) would not knowingly (they all knew about the posts) breed dogs that have issues that we are so hard trying to eliminated from our breeding programs.

My suggestion from the beginning has always been neuter the dog.

Also correspondences between me and Letha (on one of her friend FB wall) posted on December 04/05 , 2010. It clearly show she will not honor Dynamo's contract.

How many times will I have to repeat myself: All I want is that Dynamo's contract be respected by all of you specially Letha. The contract is not nil or void. All I can say is that the way Letha got Dynamo's paper to be sign over was done dishonest and if all of you agree with this and can't read the content of his contract, well good for you. Funny how that many people has read the contract and all agreed the dog should have been return to the breeder and we are not taking about the one bred by Dorothy. All will also tell you a contract is a contract and no one can decide if it is void or nil for the exception of a judge.

Crazy I may be in your eyes Tracey but name calling have never resolve any thing and if I am crazy to fight for a dog I have bred and I want to go public and say that Letha is wrong for not respecting my contract, well that is my choice. To all, there is a legal sign contract on Dynamo. What is it that people do not understand or are you all look the other way.

As for those who were involve in taking the dogs from Dorothy house I have to say is there were many mistakes were made even if the intention were good. First of all: if the dogs were in such bad conditions YOU should have got the authorities involve or people that are used to deal with these situation. Because you took up on yourselves to help, your first mistake was that it should have been recorded by taking pictures of each dogs, the house then all of the dogs should have been seen by a vet and have the vet records of this. So no one would have questions your actions. There has been many rescues of this kind done by breeders that step in because dog were in need of help. When it is done the proper way then no one questions this. Also you will not see any of these breeder who help, sign the paper to themselves or selling dogs taken from another breeder's house. Also any dogs that they known to have been bred by other breeders who are taken from the house, are immediately contact and return to their breeders specially those on a contract. The remaining dogs are usually brought back to health, then are offer for adoption for the cost of spay/neuter in some case but never to be sold as Champion, open for breeding and keeping breeding rights. Yep I am crazy for speaking up and wanting my dog back.

As for him to be return to Dorothy it will not happen. Just return Dynamo to me.

Jo you are a waste of air..nothing was done dishonestly! except that you continue to twist and manipulate your story..any one with half a brain can figure that one out..you want Dynamo you pay for all expenses I have gathered on him.. food..... show.. vets.. boarding.. training..and transportation to you..including all legal documents.. gas.. etc.. and you may have him by all means..This was never about owning a crestyle dog..you think you are greater than you really are..you illusion yourself..I have no contract with you! Understand this!!! never have and I never will! anyone that gets involved with you I pity them! you want to fight someone fight Dorthy..better yet fight yourself..you are your own worse enemy..You know it will not be long..and you will get what you weep..AND I WILL REPEAT I HAVE NO CONTRACT WITH YOU!!

True, Letha you have no contract with me but also true Dynamo contract is still valid and if you can read like everyone else in this world he was to be return to me no matter what. Also you took him knowing there was a contract on this dog and you... were aware of all the clause in his contract. So what is your point here? You post his contract to all to see and of course you have no contract with me but Dynamo is on a contract, that was never void. Why is the real reason behind this whole thing that you are so set on not honoring my contract? You are dead wrong not returning this dog to his breeder: me. You have come up with all kind of excuses but the facts are real and proof there is a contract on Dynamo, as you post his contract publicly and I am in my right to ask for it's return.

Isn't that funny how this whole rescued thing has turn out that the issues are with 2 breeders who's dogs were never return. As for the rest of them all I know they were puppies bred by Dorothy and it is not of my business and I have never said anything about this whole situation but for the exception of the return of a dog I bred; Dynamo and his contract.

As for Dynamo this is the first time I hear of boarding/gas/vet bill... but I have no problem paying for his food from the day you finish his Ch because as this is something you had promise to Dorothy to finish him, not to me and the gas, show... has nothing to do with me since this is something between you and Dorothy. As for any vet bill all I am willing to pay it's annual shots and I will pay only vet bill recorded that is related to him between the date he was taken from Dorothy and the first day he set foot in the ring. He was shown so it shows that he was in good health. There is proof that he was shown just before and after he came to your care from Dorothy (no one in their mind would show a dog in poor condition like it has been state the dogs were). As for his training this has nothing to do with me. Please send me the bill for his food, annual shots and the vet bil from the date he left Dorothy to the day he obtain it's Ch tittle and I will send you the money with all the information of his flight booking so he can be neuter and pet out so we can go on with out life.

Letha I do not care for his registration and I do not want them. He will be neuter immediately and I have a very nice home for him. Just give me the cost of what I have describe and I will book a flight so he can be neuter immediately and go to his new home.

Money was the main goal when you took Dynamo from Dorothy and YOU NEVER HAD INTENTION TO RETURN HIM TO IT'S BREEDER AS THE CONTRACT SAID. all the excuses you use were exactly that: excuses to hide your real intention. In my book you "stole"... him and the rescue thing was just a front for you. Your real color has been exposed to all of us. You are a disgrace to our breed and as a breeder. I wish you best of luck Letha but one day Karma will have lots of fun with you. People will not forget Dynamo's story.
